For the pizza, proper, we cranked the oven to very high, like 450F, and got a bunch of stuff ready to smother the dough with: cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, black olives, artichoke hearts, and red peppers. We shredded all the cheese by hand, and sliced and chopped the rest.
Then we rolled out the dough and covered it with a pizza sauce (which wasn't from scratch, but store bought).
We stuck the pizzas into the oven till they looked good, about 12 minutes or so, and chomped away. YUMMMMM!
