Lena prepared a sauce by mixing up in a food processor sun dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, a handful of walnuts, 2 cloves of garlic, dried oregano, a handful of mint leaves, and salt.
And a smile.
Then we fried up some chicken breast we had sliced with salt and pepper in olive oil.
We also halved a whole bunch of whole wheat pita breads and warmed them in the oven.
To stuff these suckers we also sliced an avocado, washed aragula, and used the rest of the roasted peppers and sun dried tomatoes.
