Potatoes and Beans

For the hungry and tired mid-week crowd we tossed together this easy dish.

We heated a pot of potatoes, pealed and cut into small pieces with some salt.

Seperately we started to fry up some bacon, cut into small pieces in some olive oil.

When the potatoes where getting just a bit soft we drained them and added them to the bacon with 2 cloves of garlic, minced.

Then we boiled some water to pop in a bunch of green beans, ends cut, just enough to soften them. We added them to the taters with ParsleySalt and Pepper. A quick chopped salad on the side. Aaaand eatin' time!
