This got to be the easiest soul food out there. Just a no-sweat-yummy!
We got a pot of pasta going and prepared a chopped salad. On the side we warmed a chunk of butter with a couple grated cloves of garlic.
When it was melted we tossed it into our biggest bowl, coating all sides.
Then we added the pasta, some grated parmesan, pepper, and a ladle or two of reserved cooking water from the pasta.
We ate it right away. It was stupendous!
