For the traditionalists at the table we prepared some stuffing on thanksgiving that we didn't use to stuff anything with. We chopped up a green pepper, half a big onion, some garlic, and a couple handfuls of mushrooms.
We sautéd the onion and pepper in lots of butter for a while,
and then added the garlic and fungus. Then we added enough flour to bunch the lot up,
and added about a cup of milk and broth.

We cut up six slices of good bread and then mixed it into the gravy.
Two eggs, beaten up, added and off into the 350F oven for 40 minutes.
